Changes

• [Change] Duration of Spiky Leather Tattoo to the 300 seconds.
• [Change] Added effect on head of character when catching a fish.
• [Change] Removed message information when you get double item as drop.
• [Change] Added effect on head of character when you get double item as drop.
• [Change] All attacks are reduced by 10% > 5% on Rusty Gears debuff.

Fixes

• [Bugfix] Arena of Talent placements were broken after previous patches.
• [Webfix] Where your pin would bug when it starts with 0.
• [Bugfix] Using M-M-Merling skill on vehicled opponents would cause animation to get bugged. (Vehicled people won't be affected by merling morph.)
