Change
- Implemented pity system for Ice Queen, Lava Demon, Sky Guardian, Shadow King and Star Empress Treasure Chests. You'll now get guaranteed Frozen Eye, Burning Heart, Divine Feather, Shadow King's Shield and Shooting Star materials every 25th chest.
- Changed type of Tool NPC. You can now sell items and also use crafting.
- Increased duration of Eagle Eyes tattoo.

We have noticed the amounts of crit reduction that is in the game, that it came to a point of softcrits dealing more damage than critical hits. That is something that no one likes to see, while there should be counterplay to critical hits, increasing to that amount is just not good to have around. With this patch we have targeted some old, as newer stuff that give crit buffs. toning down the general amount. Also if you have any suggestiongs of removal of old costumes etc to re-implement with old/new content that helps newbies, helps veterans, etc, let us know in the suggestions.

Prestige Buff Reworks:
The Prestige buffs 1-5 will be adjusted to help during leveling and will give stats like hp, pve, atk, def without focusing on raid damage. but the hp scaling will dissapear on p6, to prevent stalling PvP's. There has been some unclarity in those Buffs and some crit damage issues were coming from there so we decided to rewrite the buffs from scratch and adjust the visuality for you guys more. The Damage it provided is somewhat the same as it is visually now, however we have removed the crit stuff from prestige buffs all together.

With this patch targetting Crit changes we have decided to take a look at the Specialists who would benefit the most and decided to tone their power down by a bit. We haven't targetted many damage factors, rather utility the specialists provide. The top of the top overloaded specialists like scout, assassin and demon hunter will get tone down in utility like stuns/effect clearing. and minor reduction in damage (3% DH and Vital Energy on Scout). Buffs for the Specialist Fire Cannoneer, Battlemonk and Death Reaper came on the way giving them better base scaling, crit scaling on FC and effect level increase on DR. The biggest buff is to Ranger, since we removed the later two animation locks of the split damage. It will be only one arrow from now on and won't lock you into an animation anymore. For this patch we targeted first the Top of the Sps and the very bottom. For more Specialist changes and suggestiong go via suggestion channel and we will be taking a close look on them.
