The new Tiny Terror Costume Set is added to the Costume Coupon NPC.

Tiny Terror Hood:

• Increases PvP attack power by 10%.
• Chance of inflicting critical hits increased by 6%.
• The cooldown tie for reusing magic skills reduced by 12%.

Tiny Terror Costume:

• Reduces the damage received in PvP by 12%.
• Damage from critical hits reduced by 20%.
• Up to level 4 there is a 15% chance of never getting a bad effect.
• Movement speed is increased by 1, if melee class increased by 2.

Set Effect:

• All defences are increased by 15%.
• There is a 4% chance that damage from all attacks reduced by 70%.

You receive the buff only if you wear both costume pieces. You won't receive if you only wear hat or costume.

Additionally, you can find the new Recycle NPC in Alveus. Offering you following exchanges:

• 1x Creepy Head + 1x Puppet Head + 1x Costume Coupon = 1x Tiny Terror Hood

• 1x Creepy Costume + 1x Puppet Costume + 1x Costume Coupon = 1x Tiny Terror Costume
  
  This way your previous costumes won't be wasted and you can exchange if you already have them.
